How Flat Should You Go?

You can “rent” an Indian woman’s womb as a “growing-ground” for your baby!

This world is getting flatter as Thomas L. Friedman put it. But at what cost? If humans do forgot even the very basic ethics as seen in the womb-renting case, what kind of monstrous society awaits us in our ever-flatting world?

Is this just one of the reason of why some narrow-minded Christians said that science and globalization is their enemy (reminds me of several peoples I have met during my twenty-something years life)? I do not know, but I’m sure that we should welcome science not as an enemy, but as a friend—as long as we realize how flat should we go.
